101 BRADY STREET DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
Working with the MEDC and the MML, the City was able to develop a request for proposal that highlighted that vision established by the community leaders and then we asked developers to submit proposals to develop that land. The proposals were due February 6, 2018 and one proposal was submitted. The City, through the Downtown Development Authority, the Economic Development Corporation and the City Council will evaluate the proposal and decide a way forward for this parcel.
The following upcoming public meetings will be held to discuss the future development of the 101 Brady Street Lot. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions. All meetings will be held at the Griswold Auditorium, and representatvies from both the City and CL Real Estate will be present to provide information and answer questions.
April 3 @ Noon: Allegan Economic Development Corporation Meeting.
April 3 @ 6:00pm: Public Meeting to meet CL Real Estate and discuss the community's expectations for the development of 101 Brady Street.
April 4 @ 8:00am: Allegan Downtown Development Meeting.
